Parenting can be difficult. This is especially true when additional stressors exist including family stress, behavioral and academic problems. Therapy sessions are held with your child and family in a supportive and friendly environment to discuss issues and solutions to strengthen your parent-child relationship and support emotional health and well-being.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Through the use of Play Therapy, EMDR, and Sand Tray Therapy, we can help your child overcome these symptoms and guide you both through the process of grief and healing.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. These emotions can affect our children as well. Through our Play Therapy services, we are able to help you support your child in recovering the innate joy of being a child!

I had a hard time understanding my little girl's behavior and figuring out how to properly raise her. I contacted Ms. Candy to get some help in mitigating my baby's anxiety. I also wanted to be educated on how to raise a child in a better way. During the counseling with Ms. Candy, my baby really enjoyed attending the sessions and was able to address her unusual behaviors, including a fixation with certain toys. It was amazing for me to see that playtime with Ms. Candy could resolve these minor issues.
